We do not start rollout until sensitivity labels, DLP, and conditional access are in place. Every pilot tenant is sandboxed. Risk telemetry is part of the standard deployment.
Is M365 Copilot worth the licence cost?
Only if behaviour changes. We have decommissioned Copilot rollouts where the adoption programme could not be funded – buying licences without the change layer is the most common waste pattern in this space.
